FALCON NOTES Only two weeks left until our final concert of the year! I know everyone has marked their calendars and is planning to attend the Pops Concert on May 19th. The Concert Starts at 7:00pm and our theme is "Heroes." In three weeks, we'll have our annual "End Of the Year Banquet." Parents and students are all invited. Tickets are now $30.00 each and the deadline for tickets is Wednesday May 10th. Auditions for next year's Symphony and Jazz Band are currently underway and Colorguard and Drumline auditions will be after the Pops concert. I hope to see you all at the Booster meeting this Tuesday and our Mega Car Wash on Saturday!  |

CAR WASH 5-13-06 Don't forget to sell your car wash tickets!! This is the last week for students to sell their tickets! Each student must sell 5 tickets to qualify for the drawing of the iPod 2 gig nano. For every 5 tickets sold, students get another drawing ticket. Car Wash tickets include two incredible coupon deals. A "buy one get one free" at Los Gringos Rapidos and 15% off at Ka San Korean BBQ. The coupons alone are worth over $10.00. BAND CAMP DATES All Marching Band members: start clearing your schedule for Band Camp! Dates for Band Camp this summer will be the last two weeks of August (August 21 - Sept. 2.) Drumline members will start a week earlier, on August 14, and Officer camp will begin on August 16. The 2006-7 school year begins on Tuesday, Sept. 5. More information about Band Camp coming soon! |
INSTRUMENTAL AWARDS BANQUET 5-26-06 Tickets for the Awards Banquet MUST be reserved no later than this coming Wednesday, May 10. Tickets are now $30. The annual Instrumental End of the Year Awards Banquet will be held on Friday, May 26, 2006 from 6pm-11pm at the La Caņada Country Club. Dinner will be served and there will be a special slideshow, a DJ and a dance floor in addition to awards. Students may use earned credits to help pay for their tickets. Check with the credit list in the Music Room to find out how much credit you have earned. Forms are now available from Mr. Schick and online. |
