FALCON NOTES First of all - Concert Band meets at 7:00am tomorrow. (not 6:45) I would like to thank everyone who attended our last concert of the year. We had a very full auditorium and even though the show was long, everyone was certainly entertained and impressed! I thought that all the groups sounded amazing and it was a wonderful way to "send off" the seniors. Many came up to me and asked "How do you all do it? Every concert just gets better and better!" I just smile and say how grateful I am for working at a wonderful school with dedicated parents and students. Thank you! Next on the agenda is
our end of the year Awards Banquet! We will post table
reservations on Monday in class. People don't have to reserve
tables. Student's who don't can sit wherever they want. Each
table seats 10. |

POPS CONCERT "HEROES"
Thank
you for an outstanding end of the year "Pops" Concert. We played a
wide variety of music which attempted to thread our "Hero" theme.
Even though we celebrated fictional Heroes like Superman, Spiderman, and
"The Incredibles," our student survey showed that most students consider
down to earth, real life people such as mom and dad as their true
heroes. |
