FALCON NOTES This week has all been about "musical / festival / concert" preparation. The students in Pit Orchestra have been rehearsing until 8:00 every night. Symphony Orchestra had a guest Conductor, Jo Staup from PCC and PYMO cliniced them on their two pieces, and every other class has been buckling down to rehearse their pieces. Even though we only had 4 days (with students, the teachers still had to endure insightful meetings on Friday...) of school last week, it seemed like a full load. We kicked off the Spring See's Candy Easter Fundraiser last Wednesday. All forms are due March 20 and items will be delivered on April 4th. Please do your best to participate in this fundraiser since it is our main fundraiser of the semester and can potentially have a huge impact on our ability to provide a wonderful musical experience for our music students. Have a wonderful week and stay healthy! |
