MESSAGE
FROM THE PRESIDENT Dear Instrumental Music Parents, To all who came to this week's meeting, thank you so much! Your ideas and input are invaluable! As many of you know, CVIM has recently purchased a trailer to better meet the needs of transporting musical equipment. The trailer can be driven by a regular truck or van, that has electric brakes. If you have the ability to pull the trailer, please let us know, so we can have a more accurate and up to date list of potential drivers. It is especially important, that all classes have drivers for the trailer. Festival season is just around the corner and we will want to utilize the trailer to carry the large string and percussion instruments for all classes. Please send us an email, to be added to the list. BORDERS GIFT WRAP! The kids enjoy this fundraiser and Maribel Sibulo has worked hard to see that we have the opportunity to enjoy it once again. We really need someone to step in and oversee this fundraiser. The job simply entails seeing that the working spots are filled by parent and teens. Please contact Maribel at kraks3@charter.net to give CVIM a hand.Again, thank you for supporting your kids and the music program. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! Ellen Newman President |
