CVHS Instrumental Music Email Newsletter | date 8-12-06 / issue #5.1 | ||
FALCON NOTES I hope that everyone's Summer is going smoothly and that they are gearing up for a new School year. Summer is a great time to recharge and refresh our "Mental" and "emotional" batteries. The Schick family had a chance to travel back East to visit friends and family (showing off Baby Schick of course!) and are now getting ready for an exciting band camp and beginning of the year for all the incredible music groups at CV. We have posted the "first draft" of our calendar online. Please look at it carefully for concert dates and school holidays so that your child can benefit the most from his High School music experience. Drumline/officer/colorguard camp starts this Monday as Band Camp starts the next Monday. This newsletter deals primarily with Marching Band, however the calendar dates apply to all the classes. Have a great end of Summer and I will see all of you on September 5 (or earlier!) |
