- TO-DO Checklist
- Online Registration 2026-2027 (Google Form) link – FORM REQUIRED. This data is gathered through a Google Form and is used to generate Field Trip Waiver, Student Insurance Affidavit and Medical Authorization. It is for ALL music students. NOTE: You only need to update it ONCE per year (unless your information changes), even if you are in multiple music classes.
- Band Camp 2026 – Welcome & Information Sheet
- Guard’s BAND App QR – Communication tool for ALL classes (not just Guard!) Each music class has its own BAND App. For site security, we require that you sign up using your REAL first and last name! If a student, please include instrument. If a parent, please include your student’s name.
- 2026 Fall Semester Marching Band Events Calendar – Post this on your fridge and enter it into your personal and family calendar!
- CG 2026 Order Forms & Size Charts – Fill in and return. Don’t forget to check out the Optional Items order form – for sweatshirts, windbreakers, extra show shirts, polos, hats!
- Instrument & Equipment Use Form 2026-27 – For anyone using ANY school-issued instrument or equipment, including Wind Instruments, Percussion, and Guard. Print, fill out, and bring to Mr. Schick at CV to pick up an instrument.
- CVHS GUARD Handbook 2026-27 – Guard version! Class rules! Read and keep for reference!
- Blank Absence Forms – Turn in at least 2 weeks prior to conflict.
- REQUIRED Acknowledgment of Student Handbook Guidelines/Calendar of Events/Uniform Policy. Parents and students need to print, sign, and turn in to Mr. Schick as proof you have read, understand, and will follow the guidelines stated in the handbook.
- Equipment & Locker Form – Please print, fill out, and turn in. This provides information to our Equipment Crew to assign Instruments and Lockers.
