Usher in the Holiday Season with the talented Choirs of CV!  The Symphony Orchestra will make a special appearance at the end so you know the concert will be “extra special!”

 

Hollywood Christmas Parade

Congratulations to the CVHS Marching Band for being invited to march in the Hollywood Christmas Parade on December 1st.

We don’t know the line-up yet, but call time at CV is 1:00pm.  This will be a televised parade shown on the Hallmark Channel from Dec. 10-15, and on KTLA on December 20 from 8pm-10pm.  Times COULD change, but this is the most current information I have.

Congratulations to the CVHS Marching Band for earning 5th place with a score of 82.65 at the SCJA State Championship on November 16th.

Percussion earned 2nd place in division 4 and 3rd place out of all 46 drum lines with a score of 94!

The CVHS Marching Band earned the highest Music performance score of division 4 with a score of 177.

Continue reading]]> Marching Falcons 1Congratulations to the Marching Band for their 1st Place finish at the Don Lugo Field Show Tournament, October 5th!  Drum Line earned 3rd Place out of all 16 bands! While Marching Band earned 1st Place in their category, they also received the 2nd highest score out of all 16 bands!

Way to go!!
