Spring Trip -- San Diego, California - 4/11-4/14, 2008


Welcome to the Spring Trip Info page!

This year's Instrumental Music Department spring trip will be San Diego, where students and chaperones will get a chance to visit the SD Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Disneyland, Horton Plaza/Seaport Village and enjoy a dinner cruise.  Each of the instrumental groups will also be participating in Showcase of Music Festival and Disney Magic Music Days.

CHOICE MUSIC FESTIVAL - SATURDAY APRIL 12

DISNEY MAGIC MUSIC DAYS INFO - MONDAY APRIL 14
DISNEY MAGIC MUSIC DAYS: - Open to the public
10:30 am - Concert Band Performance at Disneyland Park Plaza Gardens Stage.

SOUND TRACK SESSIONS: All groups meet at Entrance of TOON TOWN- Not Open to Public. 
12:00 pm - Symphony Orchestra
2:30 pm - Jazz Band

TUNE-IN SEMINAR: Groups meet at entrance to TOON TOWN - Not open to the public.
5:30 pm - String Orchestra and Wind Ensemble (Concert Band II)  
 

PAYMENT INFO

Total cost: $549 per student
Cost includes transportation, lodging and breakfasts/dinners, plus admission to parks

Payment schedule
DEPOSIT: $125 - due Wednesday, October 31
November 30 - $100
December 21 - $100
January 18 - $100
February 22 - $124

A $20 late fee will be charged for any payments made after a deadline.
Refunds will not be made for cancellations made within 45 days of departure.
Please make all checks payable to "New Horizon Tours".  All payments must be turned into CVHS.
